Israel likely to reopen for tourists on November 1

For now, only people from EU countries and other nations that have mutual vaccinations agreements with Israel will be able enjoy the benefits of visiting this beautiful land!

Only people who have had at least two vaccinations and passed six months since their second vaccination will be allowed into Israel. These conditions greatly reduce the number of tourists who qualify, both groups as well individual travelers can enter the country without any problem.

Israel hopes to sign an agreement with America on mutual protection so that tourists from some states such as New York and California may enter as well.

The Ministry of Health is considering allowing all vaccinated tourists to enter Israel from November 21, except for countries that require a visa.

Tourists from abroad have been required to show that they don’t have any signs of infection before boarding their flight and take another PCR test on landing at Ben Gurion airport. They also need to remain in isolation for 24 hours after receiving those results, which means no contact with other people until then!

The Israeli government has announced that it will accept vaccinations recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) including vaccines from China, but not Russia’s Sputnik vaccination.
